Sessions with Javier Eced

• Let's know each other! :) (15 min): In this session, we will simply talk to get to know each other. See how we feel working together, and, if everything feels right for both of us, find a longer time slot to go deeper into the different aspects of ourselves and how to approach them step by step.
• Free Accessible Mentoring Session 30' (30 min): This mentoring session is designed for people who are going through a difficult moment and cannot currently afford to pay for professional guidance. Mentoring requires time, care, and preparation before, during, and after each session. However, I also know what it feels like to be in a position where support is needed but not always accessible. For that reason, I want to keep offering this space to those who genuinely need it. The goal of this session is to provide a safe, practical, and focused space where we can talk about your current situation, identify what you need, and define possible next steps with more clarity. This is not about having everything figured out. It is about having a place to start, ask questions, receive guidance, and move forward with a little more direction and confidence.
• Portfolio Review & Revamp (90 min): Mentorship divided into two 90-minute sessions, designed to review, improve, and prepare your portfolio for an active job search. In the first session, we analyse your current portfolio, understand your professional goals, and identify the areas that need improvement: structure, narrative, project selection, clarity of message, visual presentation, and alignment with the type of opportunities you want to pursue. After this review, you work on the defined changes with a clear and actionable direction. In the second session, we review the new version of your portfolio in depth. We analyse the adjustments made, refine the details, identify any remaining areas for improvement, and make the presentation as solid, clear, and professional as possible. The goal is for you to leave with a better-structured, more compelling portfolio, ready to present your experience with confidence to recruiters, hiring managers, or companies.
• Mentorship Session 60' (60 min): Individual sessions designed to help you organise your ideas, make better decisions, and move forward with greater clarity during moments of change, professional transition, or project development. I work with you across different areas depending on your needs: portfolio, LinkedIn, and CV review; identification and communication of your skills and strengths; preparation for job search processes; support with master’s projects; definition of business ideas, products, or technology projects; and guidance for people who want to move to Spain to live and work. The goal of each session is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of your situation, concrete next steps, and practical direction on how to move forward. It is not just about talking, but about working together to turn doubts, ideas, or blockers into more structured and actionable steps.
