I'm a software and AI engineer who's spent my career in early-stage startups — as a founding engineer, as the founder of my own AI company, and now building AI products at an early-stage startup. I love the 0→1 phase: the ambiguity, the fast iteration, and the learning that comes from pivoting.
What's always meant the most to me, though, is people. Mentoring engineers and watching them grow is the part I find most fulfilling — that quiet feeling of "it got done, but I didn't do it." Alongside engineering, I've spent years on my own inner path — meditation, somatic work, purpose — and I'm increasingly drawn to accompanying others through the questions underneath the career: what do I actually want, and why? This October I'm starting my training as a coach, and I now offer a separate coaching session for that.

- AI mentoring (45 min): For engineers building with AI or moving into it: agents, LLM products, evals, architecture, and growing your career in AI. Bring a concrete question or problem and we'll work through it.
- Coaching session (coach in training) (45 min): A space to talk about how you're really doing: emotions, stress, feeling stuck, or not knowing what you want. Open to anyone, founders included. I'm a coach in training, so your feedback is very welcome.
- Founder mentoring (45 min): For founders, or people about to start something. We can look at your idea, product and tech decisions, and also how you're doing with all of it. I've been a founding engineer and I founded my own AI startup.
