I am a Product thinker with 12+ years in product discovery, design, and delivery of products and solutions. Led 7+ high-stakes flagship initiatives that were instrumental in realizing strategic goals of Orgs in : New product Initiatives, monetization, and Platform building. Working in hyper-growth, high-bar experimental startups and scale-ups gave me a bundle of triumphant, successes, failures, and blunder narratives to look back on with pride and also phenomenal in shaping my competencies and leadership skills. I've overseen assignments as a consultant. Currently, a freelance advisor/consultant for a couple of bootstrap companies based out of India in close-knit helped me develop an outside perspective.
I love to transform ambiguous problems around (Business-Product-Tech domains), shape them into manageable structures (Vison-Strategy-Roadmaps-Plans-designs), and rigorously solve them through a selection and application of "products-people-process" dynamics. Throw me into any ambiguous product-project situation, I will bring sense to it in a couple of weeks and start adding to/shaping the craft in a couple of months.
