I'm a structural engineer turned software developer with a passion for blending engineering fundamentals with the power of coding. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from India and a Master’s in Structural Engineering from Stanford University. While at Stanford, I deepened my long-standing interest in computer science by taking advanced coursework in coding, algorithms, and software design.
My career began at an architectural-engineering firm in New York City, where I designed building structures and led the development of automation tools that streamlined engineering workflows. This experience solidified my passion for software development and its ability to transform traditional industries.
Driven by this interest, I transitioned into the financial technology sector, where I now build production-grade systems to support trader risk dashboards using Python and modern backend technologies.
Through mentorship, I aim to help students and early-career professionals navigate interdisciplinary paths, break into tech from non-traditional backgrounds, and build a strong foundation in both engineering and software development.
