Hi, I'm Jay and I have over 18 years of experience across 5 countries in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering, including last 5 years as local executive management in a multi-national company. Career Development Advisor (CDA) certified.

I have led 100+ people teams where I have overseen the strategic direction, team management, top line and bottom line achievements. I frequently mentor junior sales, engineers, and analysts and run company-wide strategic buisness plans, operations initiatives, and business reviews that deliver results.

I had 300+ experience as an interviewer in US, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan and used to worked in Admission office in US university. I have great passion in helping professionals crafting meaningful careers and be successful.
