Challenge: Apps relaunch. Based on qualitative and quantitative research and business constraints, rethink its strategy for Bitso's non-expert users, reframe the architecture of the app, and give a visual refresh to the interface and website.

Challenge: Apps relaunch. Through a gamification framework (Octalysis) rethink its strategy, change user's behaviors, reframe the architecture of the app and give a visual refresh to the interface and landing's app. The team also ran usability testing.

- Articles for the blog related to product design.
- Video tutorials about different software and tools.
- Conferences and ignites. (Online, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru)
- Two courses for the platform that included live classes (Sketch App and Adobe Illustrator.)
