About Jayshree
AI Design Strategist | Head of UX at Independent
Hey, I'm Jayshree. I've spent 15+ years in design, growing from hands-on UX work to building and leading teams across healthcare, financial services, and enterprise tech. Along the way I've learned that the messy, unscripted parts of leadership are usually where the best lessons live. I hold certifications from Nielsen Norman Group and Product School in AI and product design, and I'm constantly learning because this field moves fast and I like keeping up. Outside of work, you'll find me on the yoga mat, deep in a research rabbit hole, or planning the next trip. If any of this resonates, let's connect.
