I spent 17 years in product management at Comcast, with the past 8 being in a leadership role. Most recently I was overseeing a team of 165, with 100 of them being PM's. I oversaw our product strategy across the full portfolio of Entertainment products (X1, Stream, Flex to name a few) and platforms. The products I led when I was an IC (individual contributor) were very technical consumer-facing products, including the X1 voice remote which has been the most successful product the company has ever launched with over 89% customer penetration, 17 commands/user/week avg and a 95% command success rate. I know how to hook a user to a product!

As a product leader, I really enjoyed motivating and inspiring my product team to do great work. I would love to advise PMs on how to do their best work and how to thrive in their organization.
