I am a technical leader with more than a decade experience building teams, backend, web, mobile and APIs. Worked with small to midsize startups and helped to scale to a billion-dollar business. Currently exploring Web 3.0, Crypto, and possibilities.
I care about cultivating a healthy, collaborative, inclusive, and spirited culture in my team and org keeping customer happiness in mind.
At ARC, I'm heading the engineering team and part of the core leadership team. Build the engineering team. Currently responsible for the entire engineering org including mobile, web 3.0, backend, data, QA & DevOps.
At Circles.Life, lead the platform team focused on the Circles-X Operating System.
At Myntra, I have built web apps and backend services in Golang and Node.js. Helped to scale the platforms for the Big billion days.
