The crux of everything I do centers around finding solutions. The many hats I enjoy wearing include those as trusted advisor, coach, content aggregator, and affiliate partner, assisting anywhere from developing brand strategies to managing solutions-based sales/marketing campaigns. I also love leveraging my pipeline and serving as a "business matchmaker" of sorts. It's so rewarding to be able to bring people together to form a synergistic relationship. Contracted to oversee business development efforts for all six independent rankings brands under the e-ventures corporate umbrella: TopSEOs, TopPRAgencies, BestWebDesignAgencies, BestPayrollServices, FranchiseRankings, TopPPCs, and TopCreditCardProcessors.

Managed the business development and strategic marketing operations teams under the Patriarch Equity Group portfolio of brands, including: DigitalMarketing.com, ContentMarketer.com, Interdependence.com (Digital PR), ReviewManagement.com, SEOP.com, and ReputationManagementConsultants.com. During first calendar year in leadership role, built a dedicated inbound/outbound marketing department that experienced a 700% growth while increasing total sales revenues by over 20% with a 40% staff reduction - including two record-breaking months in the company's 15+ year history.

Managed day-to-day operations for the inbound marketing department for one of the world's largest and oldest digital marketing firms. Responsible for the hiring, training, and termination for all employees under me. Point person for all reseller partner relationships. Reported directly to the owner/founder. Accomplishments: - Nearly doubled production of the department in terms of live transfers and converted opportunities. - Assisted in producing four consecutive record-setting months for the aforementioned benchmarks.

Upon being promoted from brand management consultant, became responsible for creating and facilitating all corporate sales training and coaching as well as assisting in managing day-to-day sales operations for now-defunct Brand.com (formerly Reputation Changer). Helped facilitate interview, hiring, and onboarding process for sales and marketing employees, implement performance development programs, sales call observation and critiques, coordinate weekly continuing education, and conduct individual progress reports. During my tenure, Brand.com - which focused on online reputation management, digital branding, and publication placement - was one of the nation's fastest growing startup tech firms.

Founder of the now-defunct WhatsLeftToWrite.com, catered to individuals and businesses seeking assistance with essentially anything requiring the "power of the pen": copywriting, editing, data entry, transcription, and marketing consultation. Clients include major media outlets, small businesses, startups, scriptwriters and legal firms, et al. This was my first taste at following my entrepreneurial spirits, and I learned a lot from the experience. Mostly that it's nearly impossible to build a lasting, successful business without having the right talent around you!

Power Home Remodeling Group, formerly Power Windows and Siding, is the world's largest privately-owned home remodeling company, generating over $400 million in annual revenue. Served in roles of field marketing representative, inside sales manager, and outside sales consultant, in addition to promoted role of inaugural marketing team leader, where I led and trained a team of up to eight marketers in PHRG's newly-created retail partnership program. Helped design all scripts and training resources. Named one of five of 2008's Marketers of the Year among a group of over 80.

Creative consultant, co-trainer, and liaison for a start-up website which evolved from Achievement Dynamics, a personal and team empowerment institute which has serviced thousands of clients since 1985. Assisted in identifying and engaging corporate partnerships and individual target markets. Provided support in such areas as sales, goal setting, interpersonal communication, time management, and accountability.

Oversaw the editorial operations for the business section of Southern New Jersey's largest daily newspaper. Responsible for generating and disseminating story ideas to the writing staff and representing the newspaper at various networking events.

Have taught dozens of courses and classes ranging from creative writing to English composition on both the university and community college level. Also instruct or have instructed at Burlington County College and Gloucester County College.

Ran all day-to-day operations (editor, networking liaison, copywriter, and account executive) for South Jersey's No.1 monthly business-to-business print publication, totaling over 20,000 in distribution.

Assignments included professional and college sporting events, political events, and other breaking news. Press room, locker room and agate-compiling experience.

Served as primary copy editor, beat reporter for neighboring Lighthouse Point, featured columnist, and pagination assistant for one of Broward County's oldest print publications.

Served as a critical conduit between over 100 undergraduate chapters and headquarters for the third largest international social fraternity. Responsible for analyzing group and individual progress based on established General Fraternity standards, as well as creating customized programs focused on such topics as leadership, interpersonal communication, risk management, recruitment, education, public relations, alumni engagement.
