I lead product design and strategy focusing on growth, whole person care for members and customers, and Teladoc Health's global design system.

I lead the consumer platform user experience/product design team of 25 directors, managers and individual contributors. In one year I grew the team 400% and will expand to 27 this year. The teams I lead focus on three product areas: 1) global usability patterns and accessibility for the global design system, 2) growth and engagement which includes registration/onboarding, homepage, request a visit with a doctor, and 3) the #1 OKR for 2022 to deliver an integrated, seamless consumer experience of telemedicine, chronic conditions and mental health.

As Head of Design I led a team of 7 including the product design and user research teams. Welltok's mission is to create a world where every healthcare consumer can achieve and sustain their optimal health by recognizing that the majority of consumers make daily choices that impact their health, ranging from eating healthy and exercising, to managing a chronic condition like diabetes, or even understanding their benefits.

By making healthcare more personal and connecting individuals with the right resources and incentives, consumers can and will make the choices that put them on the path to being their best selves.
