About Jen Jiun Choi

Product Design Lead at Waymo (FKA Google Self-Driving )

Hello! πŸ‘‹

I am a multi-disciplinary experience designer living in Silicon Valley working as a product designer at Waymo (Google self-driving car). I take a human-centered approach to designing the world’s first driverless ride-hailing service. πŸ€–πŸš—

Previously I was at Google for social & enterprise; and prior to that at a digital exhibition design studio called Local Projects in New York City where designed for museums and cultural institutions such as September 11 Memorial Museum, Cleveland Museum of Art and Cooper Hewitt Design Museum to name a few. My work have received numerous awards and recognition including from IXDA, D&AD, AIGA, MUSE and NDA.

I've also lectured at various conferences and universities both in United State and in South Korea.

I went to Parsons the NewSchool for Design for my undergraduate study and am currently completing part-time graduate study at NYU.

I would love to hear from you 😊
