You're leading a team through a period of significant change. It's a time of exciting new possibilities, but it can also feel overwhelming. You're expected to guide your team towards new ways of working, embrace new tools and technologies, and adapt to shifting priorities. All while you're still processing what these changes mean for you, your team, and your own role. It's a lot to take on, and sometimes it feels like you're caught in the middle, needing to bridge the gap between senior leadership and your team.

This constant pressure to adapt and lead without adequate support can feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck and unsure of how to navigate the change effectively.  That's where I come in. •	Championed China’s accelerated growth plan, lobbied for dedicated support from global product teams and advised corporate how best to support China’s plan to grow 150% over six years.
•	Drove adoption and compliance by advising on global technology standards, platforms, and products to achieve risk mitigation & compliance to global technology standards.
•	Navigated complex global relationships and leadership structures in McDonald’s to provide clarity & strategic direction.
•	Fostered collaborations with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones. Built the internal networks and communities required to get things done.

•	Designed multiple compliance programs to lead 13 Asia markets to achieve restaurant technology platform health, security patching and licensing compliance. This was the strategy to mitigate the risks of a five-year technology transformation plan
•	Engaged frequently with market IT leaders to address resistance and knowledge or ability gaps on global technology standards, platforms, and products, to encourage adoption and sustained compliance.
•	Increased comprehension, clarity and acceptance from country IT teams by synthesising complex technical information and processes and packaging into user-friendly presentations and webinars.
•	Delivered training and support to 13 Asia markets to adopt, remediate, deploy and maintain compliance of global technology tools in the 3000+ restaurants, thereby increasing adoption and technology health.

- Improved productivity of deployment teams to successfully deliver over 30 segment-led initiatives annually.
- Introduced weekly learning hour to broaden the awareness and appreciation of technical teams, to the business impact of their work. Invited functional experts to cover topics ranging from commercial, procurement, marketing, and leadership.
- Encouraged networking as part of each individual's development plan.
- Restructured an under utilized Global Knowledge Hub with customized curriculum, a new video platform and gamification of e-Learning paths with a publicized leader board. Increased training participation, reduced live training sessions, thereby reducing resourcing needs while increasing effectiveness.
•	Sustained a content calendar with quarterly refreshes by recruiting a network of subject matter experts from multiple technology functions as content contributors and trainers. This kept content fresh and relevant, increasing engagement, improving IT knowledge of global products and tools, reduced common errors during IT deployments.

•	Designed a new operations blueprint and delivery methodology for the a large advertising agency group. This would standardize internal operating processes across multiple service offerings, streamline the customer experience and internal working agreements across business units. Executed pilots in Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing.
•	Conceptualised the future organizational design for a Chinese media company transitioning into a Data Analytics company. Created a comprehensive transformation roadmap with detailed interim operating workflows, tools, templates, and job descriptions, ready for execution.

•	Standardized financial reporting & planning templates, and quarterly business reviews, thereby enforcing financial accountability, fiscal responsibility, and prioritised leads management.
•	Collaborated cross-functionally across sales, marketing, ad operations, mobile and product units, and local country managers – delivered a cohesive monthly business scorecard, quarterly business reviews and annual business planning with CEO.

•	Delivered blueprint for a new Digital Interactive Unit within a China-based US media production company as a new business channel, by reviewing business models, competency groups and re-engineered working processes to integrate with the rest of the company. To onboard the transformation, I conducted orientation & training for existing staff, created job descriptions for new roles and led initial recruitment, and demonstrated how to structure digital proposals for new business pitches.

•	Established a fully operational interactive digital agency team in Beijing with 65% staff refresh within 6 months. Onboarded a new leadership team and fulfilled revenue targets through client relationship building and fast-paced business development.
•	Ground-up recruitment, training and coaching of staff across all agency functions and levels.

Groomed a highly regarded project management team within the agency industry, known for consistently delivering on client expectations and earning a reputation for excellence, growing the project management function to 20% of total staff count versus the industry average of 7-8%.**

* **Formulated new programs, operating processes, and production standards for the agency and later promulgated the playbook to sister company RMG Connect Beijing in 2006.**

* **Implemented retention strategies for top talent, raised staff morale, and reduced staff turnover rate to 25% versus the industry average of 55%.**

* **Led and executed change management initiatives for a variety of clients across industries, including healthcare, financial services, and technology, including multiple migration projects as websites were revamped and new technology solutions were built.**

* **Conducted requirements gathering and business analysis. Successfully managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders, involving consensus building for clients such as Starhub, Cisco, Thai Airways.**

* **Developed and implemented customized change management plans, tailored to the specific needs of each client and project.**

* **Achieved close to 100% user compliance to new systems within 6 months of launch by facilitating business transformation and requirements analysis workshops.**
