About Jenn (Jingyi) Wang
Principal (Data Engineering) at Slalom
Hi, I’m Jenn. I’m a Principal at Slalom with 5+ years of experience in management consulting and data engineering. I previously worked at KPMG, where I was promoted on an accelerated timeline.
My career path hasn’t been linear. I studied Language Education and later transitioned into data engineering. I also moved to Canada as an international student, and today I lead large, complex client engagements.
I’m passionate about mentoring people who are: Considering or navigating a career pivot Early- to mid-career consultants or data professionals
I’m happy to share practical guidance on career transitions, consulting growth, promotion readiness, and building confidence in technical and client-facing roles.
If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
