Founded the hyper-local digital events zine  that shared a daily chronological list of curated events under $25 around Cincinnati. Covered local venues and touring artists, providing show reviews and other cultural pieces.

•Organically grew to 15,000 unique visitors and 44,000 page views, gaining organic viral traction on social media

I worked on the Print and Pattern team. Our goal was to drive product innovation and growth in new global markets for the world's largest beauty, baby, and menstrual brands for Procter and Gamble. 

Proving that sometimes the smallest efforts make the biggest impact — I quickly sketched a leaf pattern that found its way onto billions of packages of Always pads, a design that won out over 8 other concepts. I developed a new way of draping pattern to innovate on a decades old product — the adult diaper. I participated in the planning and facilitation of two participatory design workshops that led to the creation of new pad concepts and patentable IP as well as new diaper concepts for the business in China.
