Hi, I'm Jennika - Fractional CMO, ICF Certified Growth Coach and founder of a strategic marketing consultancy that combines big brand experience with practical execution.
As a coach, I work with people across all levels from graduates to C-suite executives, and on the marketing side I have worked with start-ups, global FMCG names and everything in between! As a mentor, I combine my nearly 20 years career experience with my passion for helping people grow.
Before setting up my consulting business in 2022 I spent over 15 years leading marketing for global brands (incl. L'Oréal, NetJets, Groupe SEB) across industries and markets, so bring not only a well-rounded marketing skillset but also the ability to quickly see the bigger picture.
Originally from Finland, I have lived in the UK for 15 years, and have spent time working and studying in Malaysia, Indonesia and Switzerland. I have held both local, EMEA regional and global roles managing 20+ countries, so if relocation or international experience is on your list - let's talk!
My mentoring style is supportive but direct. I enjoy asking the questions that help people think differently, gain clarity and leave with practical next steps - not just more ideas.
