Hi! I’m Jenny, a UX/Product Designer with experience across big tech, healthcare, and complex platform systems. I currently work as a Product Designer at Microsoft, where I design scalable frameworks and mobile experiences used by millions of users. Previously, I worked on surgical robotics systems at Johnson & Johnson and IoT consumer products at GE Appliances.
My background spans end-to-end product design, from early discovery and UX strategy to high-fidelity execution, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration with PMs and engineers. I’ve worked in highly regulated environments (healthcare, enterprise) as well as fast-moving product teams, so I’m especially passionate about helping designers navigate ambiguity, constraints, and real-world tradeoffs.
