Actively involved in the Design Thinking Train-the-Trainer certification program at the HPI Academy.  There, he grooms future Design Thinking coaches and equips them with the right mindset, tricks, and methods that empower them to drive change within their organizations.

The HPI D-School is among the leading Design Thinking education provider in the world. Established in 2007, the highly sought after program prepares participants to be future innovators. Essentially, becoming highly effective problem solver, having self-efficacy, and creative confidence to tackle complex challenges. 

Approximately 240 international participants from different fields graduate from the 4-months semester-long program. As a Program Manager, his role is to educate and guide participants as they tackle some of the business, and governmental challenges. He is responsible for the structure, and content of the program. He passionately curates impactful experiential learning journey that involves having participants working closely with real organisation and their respective challenges.

Board of Innovation (www.boardofinnovation.com) is an international consultancy firm that specialized in intrapreneurship & business model innovation. We helped organizations develop new markets, products, services and enhance organizations’ innovation capabilities through transformational training programs. We have worked with big corporate clients such as eBay, P&G, J&J, and Volkswagen. At Board of Innovation, our goal is to make corporates innovate like startups. 

Highlights:-
- Successfully pioneered and set up an internal Design Thinking Academy for Proximus.
- Through the Academy, he has trained approximately 400 participants and groomed 5 Design Thinking Facilitators capable leading the workshops independently on a monthly basis.
- Formulated a Design Thinking method that is relevant for Proximus and implemented a structured approached to cascade Design Thinking within the organization.
- Facilitated two innovation teams to discover high potential concepts driven by user insights and validated through several stages of user testing. 
- Provided feedback and support to internal Board Of Innovation consultants as they facilitated their client's innovation projects organized, trained and raised the quality of the delivery of Design Thinking workshops organized by Board of Innovation.

As a Design Thinking Lead Coach, he has led 12 cohorts of training and was part of the coaching team to 28 cohorts. He has trained over 400 participants including top-level executive, in Design Thinking through Genovasi’s programs. He led projects for organisations from diverse industries and helped them identify opportunities for improvement and generated a range of user-centric ideas that address the needs of their consumers. Leverage on Design Thinking to propose great experiences that address user’s need. He does it by understanding the users through empathy, rapidly build prototypes and conduct user experience testing.

Successfully managed the agency’s largest account (Malaysia Airlines), serving as the liaison party between agency staff, client’s marketing teams, and outsourced vendors. Skilled at defining client requirements and project parameters for creative teams to work on. Collaborated with clients from concept to production and launch of worldwide print, radio campaigns that exceeded client’s expectations. Managed a challenging account known for their last minute changes and requests. Effectively managed client expectations and maintained the account. Seconded to the client’s side and assisted the product development team. Conducted brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas, heavily involved in market research, industry analysis, and competitor research.
