The human brain is a crazy place. There are two things that really fascinate me the most about products—first, the context and concerns of the user and how rational or irrational it can be; Second, The challenge of communicating with the consumer in such a way that it persuades and convinces them about the product.
I apply the same thinking in designing an experience for the next billion users. I find great people, and we find a way to solve these challenges together along the way.
