Problem-solving

Figma

I’m a design lead focused on solving complex last mile logistics and services. I span two verticals and cover grocery and Drive experiences, and support a more junior designer.

Part of the New Verticals Team, I was the Design Lead focused on building our net new suite of warehouse operations tooling for our DashMart service:

• E2E Warehouse Operations (Receiving, Stocking, Picking & Packing, Handoff, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management)
• Vendor Relations (Purchase Ordering, Vendor Management, Data Management)

As part of the Creation team, I'm making it easier and more fun to create and share for our millions of daily users.

• Inspiration (FB Memories, Feed, Reels and Stories)
• Stories Creation Composer

Impacting our 500+ Million Daily Users I launched the Facebook Stories Design System.

I solved complex design and business problems at the edge of aerospace and space flight. RTX is one of the world's largest aerospace design and manufacturing company.

• I transformed the way airlines predict, monitor, and analyze their air to ground communication data.
• I led the development of a company-wide data visualization design system for both designers and developers.

• I helped aerospace businesses evolve through rigorous digital transformation.
• I helped define a new automated robot delivery service with Otis Elevators.

I joined Verizon as part of their acquisition of Moment—a design consultancy located in NYC and Chicago. I was an integral part of Verizon's in house Customer Experience Team.

• I led the development of a new AI-backed upgrade experience.
• I helped define a transformative vision for Verizon’s in-store pickup experience.
• I supported the redesign of Verizon’s next generation checkout experience

I designed and delivered multiple building, program, and experience designs for Texas Christian University’s New College of Fine Arts (Now under construction).

• I led graphics and diagram development while managing the project into Schematic Development alongside the lead principal architect.
• I managed team graphics development as well as crafted low-to high-resolution 3D renders and diagrams for client proposal presentations across multiple projects.
• I lead the redesign of Texas Christian University’s Campus Master Plan book that depicted campus-wide design decisions for the next century.

In addition to leading 3D render and diagram development, I assisted the lead principal with designing multiple building designs of a new interdisciplinary building for the University of Alabama Birmingham.

• I led the initial design of multiple massing and building designs of the new Interdisciplinary building (200,000+ GSF).
• I developed deliverables and diagrams for client proposal and presentation across numerous projects.

I worked alongside the lead project manager on multiple high-rise residential projects and assisted in client interaction and presentation material.

• I assisted in designing Design Development and H.P.D. drawing sets.
• I assisted in developing F.A.R Charts.
• I created renders for client proposal and D.O.B Submissions.
