Hi there, my name is Jerome. I have spent my entire career in product design, from my first job fresh out of uni in the agency space, then to my startup at Carbon Twelve (acquired), scaleup at BroadSoft (acquired) and then into corporate at eBay and Fluent Commerce.
I have developed expertise in helping startups scale by establishing and leading small but impactful product design practices through Design Thinking, insight-based decision making and a nurturing mindset.
In my last role I helped Fluent Commerce get recognised as a leader in the Forrester Wave. Before that I was a founder member of a liability startup (Kinora) that received a AFR BOSSS Most Innovative Award. Before that I established the Design practice and gained recognition for eBay Australia as an innovation Hub. Before that, I co-founded a startup designing and developing VoiP software that was deployed to the users of the largest Telco's worldwide. My startup was acquired by BroadSoft.
