About Jessi Contreras
Senior Product Designer at Benchmark Email
👋 Hi there! I’m Jessi, a Lead Product Designer, Design Systems and Accessibility advocate expert with over 10 years of experience. I like helping designers grow, navigate career challenges, and build confidence—whether they’re breaking into the field or stepping into senior roles.
My background spans across SaaS, B2B, B2C, and mobile apps, where I’ve led product strategy, launched scalable and accessible design systems, and tackled complex UX challenges. I’m passionate about aligning user needs with business goals to create meaningful impact—and I love sharing what I’ve learned along the way.
As a mentor, I bring empathy, structure, and a touch of Latin warmth 🌎✨
I can support you with: • Early career, breaking into UX or UI • Portfolio and case study feedback • Career progression and role transitions • Navigating remote work and global teams • Design systems, UX strategy, and cross-functional collaboration
When I’m not designing, I’m usually enjoying time with family, exploring new places, or binge-watching a great series (recommendations welcome!).
Let’s chat—I’d love to support your journey. Book a session and let’s grow together.
