About Jessica Drizin
Staff UX Researcher at Guideline
I'm a Staff UX Researcher at small fintech 401(k) company who is excited to build out a practice and culture of research as the company's first dedicated researcher. I'm super goal-oriented and truly believe the right mindset can help you achieve nearly anything you set your mind to. I love hiking, climbing, and spending time with my weird little dog outside of work!

What mentees say
“I had a fantastic session with Jessica, and I couldn't be more impressed with her knowledge and expertise in UX research storytelling. She was very friendly and professional, and she came fully prepared with tailored advice based on my initial message. I appreciated her ability to break down complex concepts into manageable and actionable advice, making the process less intimidating.”
“I had a wonderful mentorship conversation with Jessica. As we discussed my resume, Jessica pinpointed areas that I had not thought about to connect how I talked about UX Research and what I put down on paper. When I was unsure about how to take action, she further clarified the feedback until I had a really good idea of next steps to take. Overall, a very helpful conversation!”
