What mentees say
“Jessica is one of the most awesome mentors I have ever had in ADPList. She understands the pain points of cross-functional work and provides valuable, insightful, practical advice on related issues. She is a warm, strong professional, encouraging people and letting them move forward. I appreciate her mentorship very much!”
“- Excellent listener: ensured she understood my points by reframing and echoing back - Multiple recommendations of approaches I hadn't considered, from a seasoned point of view - Challenged my assumptions while validating others”
“I connected with Jessica in order to do some career networking. She was very approachable and super creative. She gave me several out-of-the-box ideas that may be super smart. I very much enjoyed our session.”
