I have over a decade of experience across corporate management, research, and design. I'm specialist in accessibility and inclusive design, with a proven track record of delivering transformative digital solutions in the security, pharma, and e-commerce sectors.
Currently, I lead the Allegion IT UX team, overseeing practitioners across the Overtur Suite, Cosmos, and Core Services, while managing new partnerships with international brands and marketing. I also serve as a strategic advisor for Allegion’s Design System and a mentor to the organization’s current and emerging leaders.
