How to think about design career paths and what progression looks like for designers?

Design career path

At EBANX, I had the opportunity to be part of a Global Payments Company and work on B2C products. I work side by side with product managers, engineers, and other designers, and I was responsible for ideate, design, and test mobile products end to end.

At picpay I was part of the Store squad, whitch had challenges of designing for B2C solutions for a mobile purchase experience. I worked on understanding problems and designing solutions for improvements or new features.

I facilitated the process of ideation and designed iOS applications and was involved in the development process until launch in the App store. Always receiving feedback from Apple employees and working closely with developers.
