Helping new designers progress through their career and building the future design leaders.

Responsible for validating and designing solutions across the organisation, improving and enhancing current products, through applying human-centric design to common visual and usability challenges.

1. Ideate & design user-focused digital products through design thinking process.
2. Design interfaces & experiences for clients in various industries.
3. Develop example high-level requirements, conceptual diagrams, and visual interface designs.
4. Create key design deliverables specific to each product, such as scenarios and use-cases.
5. Participate in scoping and estimating projects

Responsibilities:

1. Create user-focused designs informed by market analysis, customer feedback and requirements, and user research analytics.
2. Design mock-ups and click-through prototypes as necessary for each product.
3. Develop example high-level requirements, conceptual diagrams, and visual interface designs.
4. Create key design deliverables specific to each product, such as scenarios and use-cases.

Responsibilies: 

1.Managing the design team as required and help develop the culture of the team
2.Influencing design led thinking across the business
3.Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs
4.Commercial accountability through accurate scoping and quoting of work
5.Managing the design and creative elements of projects and be the point of contact for clients,
brands and creative projects
6.Provide quality control over design outputs and production
