About Ji-Sook Yim

Product Design Lead at Alight Solutions

I will open up sessions starting in early 2027. Thanks for your patience!

I made the transition into UX nearly 8 years into my career, where I first forged my path into UX research, and 6 months later into UX design, without any prior experience in any type of design. In the past 5 years I have grown my career from an individual contributor to a Product Design Lead, where I oversee the design strategy for digital products while managing and guiding a team of designers. I know how difficult it can be to change one’s career path, and I love to pay it forward by helping others who are looking for a career change or growth in UX or product design.
