• Drove future UX vision as sole designer to integrate 12 brands and 4 disparate platforms 
   under one unified identity ecosystem across responsive web, app, and OTT. Pitched to 
   identity leadership, resulting in timelime and project kick off. Spearheaded and delivered 
    design system, flows, and documentation for NBC News as pilot for new ecosystem.
 • Initiated conceptual sitemap for integrating NBC Sports within NBC entertainment 
    products thinking. Built out proof-of concept as guide for feature and prioritization.
 • Conducted internal user interviews and developed Identity resource hub to improve the 
    collaboration process between design, product, and tech, reducing confusion and questions.
 • Integrated design thinking into the design team’s process. Planned and executed 25-person 
    workshops across the NBC Entertainment and Sports teams to build out holistic team 
    experience vision following the team merge.
 • Trained and provided quality assurance on pixel-perfect deliverables and functional specs for 
    junior designers. Provided career feedback and guidance to grow junior designers.

•  Led redesign of core B2C products which provides the opportunity for hourly workers to 
       obtain higher education. Ran card-sorting workshop and planned/analyzed more than 200 
       usertesting sessions that drove design direction. Generated visual assets, wireframes, 
       prototypes, and specifications. Launched for clients like Aramark, Carvana, etc.
   •  Built team’s UX research from the grounds up. Established testing cadence, ran 
       workshops across the company to share best practices, and built research library.

• Created first Aulani mobile app to streamline Guest check-ins and activity bookings, 
     responsible for info architecture, wife-frames, interaction, and prototyping; delivered 
     pixel-perfect specs, assets, visual brand and component library
  • Owned end-to-end desktop experience overhaul to guide upper-funnel prospects to 
     resort booking completion, reimagining info architecture and online brand identity 
  • Developed a scalable, templatized design system to accommodate 500+ Detail 
     pages for Disney Parks Dining to decrease drop-offs and eliminate dead-end pages
  • Spearheaded Design Thinking best practices & resource toolkit for 150-person 
     Disney Parks & Resorts Design Team; facilitated workshops to integrate design
     thinking across product, engineers and content 
  • Defend best UX by advocating for user research throughout design development to 
     validate decisions/usability and rally buy-in across leadership/business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product managers, business brand, and engineering to prioritize
     product solutions/plan feature roll-outs for MVP v.s. long-term strategy

• Redesigned website homepage and center-wide visual branding with the goal to 
     promote inclusivity in technology and entrepreneurship on campus
  • Worked directly with data team to inform design decisions through A/B testing and 
     research; Generated motion graphics to complement brand story
  • Created Design System and Brand Asset library of iconography, icons, and 	 
     publication templates for print and web platforms

• Designed new CBS.com responsive templates for desktop, tablet, and mobile, developing cohesive guidelines for different devices/platforms
    • Created The Late Late Show Overview Pages for OTT (Apple TV, FireTV, Amazon, Xbox, YouTube), desktop, mobile, and tablet
    • Produced interactive animations and designs for social media campaign for the Fall 2017 premiere of Young Sheldon
    • Redesigned CBS All Access upsell experience by reimagining UI/UX, motion & interaction design, using gaming principles and market research

• Created wireframes, visual assets, and branding for various clients
  • Spearheaded motion graphic campaign for Napa Technology’s WineStation that 
     increased email click rate by 10%, doubled Facebook post engagement

• Created all print and digital marketing collateral, totalling more than 50 designs (product label redesign, tradeshow display, logo design, infographic, gifs, etc.)
    • Established online presence through social media campaigns
    • Responsible for up to 4 projects simultaneously, while meeting weekly deadlines

• Increased member retention by 60%, and class offerings by 30% to reach over 300 students at 7 sites in the Berkeley-Oakland area
    • Developed new organization structure to incorporate professional development, community partnerships, and enhance quality of arts education
    • Wrote proposals resulting in $6,600 award grants to double annual budget, enabling hire of professional artists mentors
