Hi, I’m Zoey, a Senior Product Designer with 8+ years of experience across UX/UI, digital product design and cross-channel experience design.

I currently work in digital banking, designing complex customer journeys across mobile, web and omnichannel touchpoints. My work focuses on product-led UX, information architecture, scalable design systems, design documentation, stakeholder collaboration and research-led product decisions.

I can help mentees with UX/Product Design portfolio reviews, case study storytelling, product design career growth, stakeholder communication, design systems, UX strategy, and making design work more strategic, evidence-based and business-aware.

• UX Portfolio & Product Design Career Mentorship (30 min): Whether you're preparing your UX portfolio, exploring product design careers, or looking to grow within large organizations, this session is designed to help you move forward with clearer direction and stronger storytelling. With experience designing global payment journeys, insurance platforms, design systems, and mobile banking experiences at HSBC, I can help you with: • UX/UI portfolio reviews • Product thinking & information architecture • Design systems and scalable UX • Fintech / banking product design • Interview and career advice • Growing as a designer in international teams This will be a relaxed and collaborative session tailored to your goals, experience level, and questions.
• Product design track - 3 part (30 min): A structured 3-part mentorship track for junior to mid-level UX/Product Designers who want to clarify their career direction, improve portfolio positioning, strengthen case study storytelling, and prepare for design interviews. Across the sessions, we will work from your current goal and portfolio towards a clearer action plan. The focus is not only on visual presentation, but also on how you explain UX decisions, product thinking, research/testing evidence, stakeholder constraints, and business impact. My background is in UX/UI and product design within banking and regulated digital products, so I can also help mentees think through complex user journeys, design systems, cross-channel experiences, and practical product constraints. Best suited for mentees who already have a portfolio, case study, or specific career goal they want to improve over several sessions.
• UX Leadership in complex product (30 min): A focused session for UX/Product Designers who want to grow from execution-focused design into stronger product and design leadership. We can discuss how to lead UX work in complex digital products, including stakeholder alignment, decision-making under constraints, design systems, cross-functional collaboration, research/testing trade-offs, and communicating design impact. This is best suited for designers working on complex journeys, regulated products, cross-channel experiences, or product teams where design decisions need to balance user needs, business goals, and delivery constraints.
