During this period I enjoyed working IBM Store Engagement as developing deep knowledge on customer service, clienteling, order fulfillment and Inventory management . My last eight months I was assigned to Inventory Management.
As a UX and visual designer I successfully reflected customers feedback in design. I actively attended sponsor user sessions by preparing and presenting many prototypes for design validation.
