About Jing Ding

Strategy and Problem-Solving Mentor at University of Chicago

Hi, I’m Jing! I have 13+ years of experience in process improvement, strategy, and leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in corporate leadership roles, mentored teams, and led continuous improvement initiatives. What I enjoy most is helping people find direction and confidence in their careers.

As an immigrant, I’ve navigated the ups and downs of building a career in a new country, from handling visa challenges to adjusting to a different culture and workplace environment. I know how overwhelming it can feel, which is why I’m passionate about supporting others through career transitions, leadership growth, and problem-solving.

If you’re feeling stuck, looking for guidance, or need someone to help you see things more clearly, I’m here for you.

I can help with: • Career transitions and job search strategies • Leadership development and team management • Problem-solving and decision-making • Process improvement and business strategy

Let’s connect. I’d love to support you on your journey!
