Jing Shen is a design leader and strategic service designer specialising in visual communication, co-design, and systems thinking. She collaborates with federal departments and global organisations to identify systemic challenges and deliver thoughtful, human-centred solutions. In 2024, she was shortlisted for the DIA Awards (INTERACT category) and received a Good Design Australia Award. Jing is the founder of To Be Creative, a boutique consultancy specialising in women’s health and inclusive innovation, which combines storytelling, research, and strategy to drive social impact. She also co-founded the Australian Chinese Designers Association, advocating for cross-cultural collaboration in the design industry, and is a passionate champion of design thinking and emerging talent.
