I'm here to do two things: mentor startup founders to get to product-market fit turn designers into leaders

I have 18+ years of experience spanning agencies large and small, R&D teams and in-house product teams. I drove design for machine-learning-enabled experiences at the BBC R&D, launched flagship news app for The Telegraph, was a Principal Designer for Intuit QuickBooks UK, and Senior Design Manager for Intercom. I took products from 0 to 1, worked on apps, smart TV interfaces, and connected devices. I spoke at events, and taught UX courses for beginners and intermediate designers.

I mentored and coached (and I still do) outside of ADPList. But that's changing - I'm now here to become your partner and to take you to the next level.
