In partnership with Reliance and ViaCom18, we are building the next generation of digital homes. A multimedia TV proposition connects, inspires and entertains a country as diverse as India.

I become part of a fantastic team at NatWest Markets looking at the new generation of FX products and services that delivers value to businesses and their customers.

I've distilled over 20 years of experience in service and product design into a single, simple, compelling proposition called Design at Scale. 

The framework includes project initiation including research and landscape analysis, team building and scaling, operations for design teams ranging from 5-500 team members, finance, methodology, visual language, tracking progress, measuring KPIs, software integration cycles, running workshops and stakeholder management.

In 2019 SCA regulatory challenges set by FCA raised the perfect opportunity for Commercial Servicing to trial and prove that the method above works. The bottom line is that “30+ journeys have been delivered in less than 6 months including the CX, UI including Design QA”.

In 2018 I have helped grow the design capabilities focusing on design operation and full integration of design at scale into Lloyds Agile programmes. Design at Scale; has grown from a small initiative to over 50 teams utilising an integrated approach with several significant delivery milestones. The method combines agency flexibility where equally feeds agility and helps robust systems; like Atlassian products, to inform about feature changes across multiple teams and platforms. Alongside tests across a variety of teams and features, I have trained 500+ colleagues and show the benefits of the method that can be used on a team of 2 up to a team of 40 people.

Senior Product Lead, responsible for growing internal design capabilities onsite. Driving the transition of two design teams with the UK largest digital transformation. Starting with SR_ (SapientRazorfish) as a delivery partner in 2017 we have grown now into a 30 member team including specialists from UI, CX, content and research & testing supporting diverse personal account servicing programme across the digital, branch and telephony.

Collaboration to strengthen SR_ product-based offering across healthcare, automotive and commercial airlines clientele.

Working alongside a strong multidisciplinary team built by talented CPO, CSM, UX & UI designers and developers, I have been leading user experiences across all TV Apps on SkyQ.
As the first Senior Product Designer on the TV APP’s team allowed me to contribute to the project definition document alongside the product owners and business analyst team. This unique position provided an opportunity to standardise our design processes and communication via Confluence which significantly contributed to the definition of business propositions, translating insights and research into consumer-facing experiences.
Developing APPs for “Centre of Digital Home” included a customer-centric approach from concept models, schematics and behaviour. Working closely with user interface designers to develop a strong yet flexible design framework that allowed to accommodate all future requirements for multiple brands and their representation on our platform.

Leader of multidisciplinary teams and the definer of business opportunities by translating insights into global consumer-facing experiences. Developing concept models, user interface prototypes and schematics to standardise XD outcomes across R/GA offices in EMEA and APAC.

Responsible for translating existing product challenges into consumer-facing opportunities for a multi-channel video platform developed by SONY. Designing concepts, models, onboarding experiences, a data structure including simplified consumer flow and better data management.

As a product designer, I have been responsible for translating consumer insights into tangible prototypes. Showing clients and their customer vision through interactive prototypes that communicate the value of future products in real spaces. To name a few: Innovation Lab, Divine and Samsung.
