Acing technical interview questions

● Created a cohesive iconography system for the Harbor Design System, to enhance visual consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
● Established a scalable framework for empty state layouts, defining clear usage guidelines based on user scenarios, enhanced visual storytelling through custom Lottie animations. 
● Developed and standardized accessible color palettes tailored to different data visualization needs (single metrics, categories, positive/negative trends), enabling scalable, inclusive design and reducing custom styling requests by engineering.

United Airlines: Generative research and UX/UI design for a sponsored grad school enterprise service design project.
● Conducted user research with 8 SeaTac Airport lobby agents, identified key pain points and opportunities, and derived 4 critical insights to inform design decisions.
● Led the design of intuitive interfaces for three key touchpoints: kiosks, AR glasses, and an iOS app.
● Integrated LLM agents across these touchpoints to help lobby agents anticipate customer needs and suggest quick resolutions, significantly enhancing productivity.
● Presented the final solution to 10 stakeholders from United, who commended the project for balancing business, employee, and customer needs.

Smallcase (Tickertape): Research, UX/UI and design systems for a FinTech company.
● Led end-to-end design for a social media platform for investors on Android and web, resulting in a 120% increase in average session length within a 3 month of launch.
● Implemented data-driven design improvements to the watchlisting feature, boosting asset addition to portfolios with conversion rates climbing from 5% to 7% in a month, resulting in higher revenue growth.
● Restructured the design system with design tokens in collaboration with a product manager, 3 engineers and 2 content strategists, improving designer-engineer workflow and reducing design QA time by 20%. Ensured all design components were WCAG 2.2 AA compliant, promoting accessibility and usability across the platform.
● Contributed to hiring and expanding the design team from 2 to 9 members. Ensured team work-consistency by establishing standardized Figma design templates, and implementing robust design handoff processes.
