About Jitesh Vats
Senior Product Designer at Microsoft
Hi, I'm Jitesh, a Senior Product Designer at Microsoft working on the Teams Developer Portal and AI-powered developer experiences.
My work spans product design, platform experiences, admin tools, and emerging AI scenarios. What I enjoy most is simplifying complex problems and helping designers grow their craft.
I recently spent a career day with students at Emily Carr University, reviewing portfolios, discussing career paths, and talking through next steps. It reminded me how much I enjoy this part of the work.
Come find me if you want to sharpen your product thinking, untangle a design system, tell a clearer story through your portfolio, navigate stakeholder conversations, or grow your impact when the path forward feels a little fuzzy.
Whatever you're bringing, a challenge, a question, or an idea, let's take a look at it together.

“My first session with Jitesh felt like talking to someone I've known for a long time, very natural and comfortable. He helped me understand the difference between how juniors and seniors think, pointed out mistakes I didn't know I was making, and explained responsive design and Auto Layout in a way that finally clicked for me.”
