Hi, I’m Joana. I am a Global Digital & D2C Commerce Leader and, at my core, a data-driven digital marketer. I specialize in scaling $1B+ eCommerce ecosystems by bridging technical execution with commercial growth.
Having recently led a Global Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) at Whirlpool and driven MarTech & automation at Booking.com, I combine executive strategic vision with deep technical expertise. I excel at orchestrating complex MarTech transformations, navigating Design Operations and ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and embedding a rigorous culture of experimentation.
