Hi, I'm Joana and I have 10 years of experience in HR.

Currently working as a Learning & Development Specialist supporting the development of leaders and coordination of Leadership programs. I previously worked as coordinator of the Global Graduate Programs and Talent Acquisition as Coordinator, responsible for bringing and developing the best talent based on the values and culture of the company and also leading talent program management. I also have experience in engagement, organizational change, and organizational communication.

I am currently studying to get certified as a coach and I can mentor/coach junior and senior specialist or managers in topics related to: Leadership, -Learning, -Development, -Career management. -Project Management -Stakeholder management -Employer branding -High-performing teams I also run company-wide workshops and change initiatives that are key to the organizational objectives and engagement.
