What mentees say
“Joann shared her design journey and introduced to me how a designer can grow as an individual contributor or become a manager. And I got a great book list from her to diversify my readings!”
“Joann has vast experience in the industry, is very approachable and responsive. She gave me direction on what I should focus on at the moment and shared different platforms with me to explore.”
“I met Joann through ADP mentoring session to get some interview tips. I must say I had a productive session. We talked about all steps of an interview process. She also shared her expectations while interviewing designers, just what I needed to know. Thank you so much, Joann. Looking forwards to more sessions like this.”
