After working as a marketing analyst, I had the opportunity to be a product analyst and to create a bridge between what the market wanted and what our product provided.

With a small team, we managed to work on all three SaaS B2B products of the company and began the development of a new product in 2019.

Results:
200% growth in two years.

I had the opportunity to develop alongside our directors our strategy of growth. We had market fit, with retention and stable engagement. We needed to increase the volume at the top of our sales funnel.

To achieve this we:
Defined market and ICPs;
Created a inbound marketing strategy;
Redesigned our landing page;
Developed our blog;
Explored channel fit;
Strengthened our brand position through social media.

Results:
Help build digital strategies for the growth of our customers.

Responsibilities:
Strategic diagnosis of the company
Opportunity mapping for marketing and social media
Project management for strategy implementation

We helped traditional and regional companies insert themselves into the digital space.
