With a background in architecture and a Master’s in Design Thinking, I bring systems thinking, empathy and creative problem-solving to every project. I specialize in mapping user journeys, uncovering insights through qualitative research, facilitating co-creation, and structuring strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.

I’ve led projects in the education and innovation sectors, combining agile methodologies with service design, experimentation and iterative delivery. My work includes digital platforms, immersive experiences and AI-based tools that support learning, collaboration and operational efficiency.
