With over 120,000 students, Coderhouse stands as the largest learning platform in Latin America. It has been an immensely rewarding experience to guide numerous UX/UI Design students through their theoretical, practical, and career journeys, both during classes and through the development of their projects.

⭐️ I am honored to have received recognition as one of the top-rated tutors based on student evaluations.

SuperOpa has a big purpose to transform food waste into savings for everyone. I am the leader of the UX/UI Design team, responsible not only for the projects and research that affect the user experience (both internal and external users), but also for structuring the area, product processes, research repositories, creating and maintaining a design system, and maturing the design and research culture within the company.
My work as a whole has a strong focus on analyzing metrics and business results.

I worked from problem space population, understanding couples and ceremonialist pains and needs, to the design of high fidelity prototypes and the follow up of their development together with the technology team.

Main activities:
• Analysis of company OKRs and metrics from platform users to guide team actions
• Conduction of semi-structured interviews with ceremonialist to identify pains and needs
• Formulation and analysis of quantitative research with a large volume of couples using Typeform (integrating into the website and by email) and Google Data Studio
• Solutions ideation using Miro, many times (but not only) in collaboration with the team and allying knowledge in UX design and technology
• Design of high fidelity prototypes using Figma
• Follow up in designed features development
• Data analysis and developed solutions presentations for the company
• Restructuration of all the company design process with the team

Responsible for the elaboration of several projects for large international companies, such as Vale, Modec, Sotreq and Itaú. Most of the projects were cocreated with the client (which also was the user) and discussed and elaborated in a multidisciplinary team, from the requisites definition to the design of high fidelity prototypes.

I proposed and implemented projects for design team growth, such as the elaboration of an initial version of a components library and the conduction of workshops about Figma for design team members.

I also worked as a front-end developer and a designer at the same time in a web project using HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Responsible for all the UI/UX and front-end developing process in all company's biggests and most important projects. Researched, designed and developed all the user interfaces of a marketplace from scratch. I was also responsible for the continuous improvement and delivery of several other e-commerce projects.

Worked as the leader of a small design team for web (UI/UX and front-end), working mainly in the team management, training and support.

I idealized and worked in intern projects for the adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum) and devops practices and for the dissemination of knowledge about UX design.

Finally, I was also responsible for enabling the creation of e-commerces by the customers themselves from the platform's own interface, adding more value and changing the team's work model: from creating each single website at a time to a scalable creation of components for all customers at the same time.

Follow-up and training of the directory team, analyzing and ideating solutions as a team to solve the biggest problems that they faced in their areas and also the ones of the whole company.

Responsible for the analysis and planning of the company strategy, including its elaboration, dissemination, measurement of results and elaborating actions to achieve the company goals.

Conduction of period meetings with the whole company for alignment and discussion purposes, in addition to preparing and carrying out team immersions.

Externally company representation to its stakeholders.

I was also responsible for the strategy of the commercial projects area in the company, in addition to the projects follow-up with the project management team.

• Conpec representative on the Campinas Nucleus Council
• Analysis of the strategic indicators and creation of plans to achieve the goals
• Supervision of Executive Directory actions and company's financial health indicators
• Facilitation of the communication between the Nucleus, Conpec members and other companies of the region
• Voting the approval of main strategic decisions of the organization

Responsible for the management of all projects in UI/UX design, including the training of all design team members and the planning, customer communication and follow-up of each project that were being designed.

I was responsible for the entire structuring of the design processes, besides the development and evolution of all the business models that involved UI/UX design.

Project management of an app in React Native for a big company. I was responsible for the planning and follow-up of the project using Scrum, for team training in the tech stack and also for resolving barriers that the team was facing.

Responsible for the development of an app for new entrepreneurs in React Native, Javascript and Firebase. Together with other team members, I worked on the ideation and implementation of the project in a process of co-construction with the client.

We started to develop with little or almost zero knowledge of the technology stack, therefore it was essential to be self-taught and learn fast to develop with quality.

I was also responsible for developing websites in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Bootstrap.
