Hi, I'm Jodine and I have been in the field of Design my whole career. Using a combination of Service Design, UX research tools and coaching I help organisations to understand themselves and their customers better. I've worked across multiple projects and types of organisations - start ups, public sector, telco, financial services and cultural institutions.
I started my own coaching practice in 2020 and have worked with leaders in design and UX, as well as helping practitioners uplift their methods or stakeholder engagement skills and lean into leadership.
