(2017- 2021) Manage (6) direct reports, cross-discipline teams, and stakeholder relationships. Conduct IC work. Set the research vision with senior managers across necessary lines of business.

(Q4 2019) Expanded scope to include JPMorgan Wealth Management. JPMorgan Wealth Management includes: JPMorgan Self-Directed Investing (formerly YouInvest Trade), JPMorgan Automated Investing (formerly YouInvest Portfolios), Chase Wealth Management, JPMorgan Securities, and JPMorgan Remote Advice.

Create research plans, and conduct interviews, field research, focus groups, and competitive / comparative analyses pertaining to financial services. Responsible for successful E2E discovery, definition, and evaluative research for 8 squads within You Invest.

I increased annual revenue by 10%.

I managed support staff and the quality of their deliverables. I directed and developed the best practices for our remote research.

I brought in a top digital payments company as our client. And more generally, led the research and stakeholders through the E2E stages of research.   

I worked under tight timelines to deliver key feedback for clients' top initiatives for their organizations. I managed project timelines, research materials, client engagement, and participant recruit.

Skills applied in the role:
Wrote discussion guides. Created research stimuli. Created research exercises. Moderated sessions.
Wrote surveys and diary studies. Analyzed data from asynchronous research methods (e.g., user interviews, and surveys). Wrote reports with actionable recommendations tied to key research objectives. Tested responsive design websites across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile phone. And programed customized scripts to automate workflow and increase efficiency. (RStudio)

Designed an exploratory study to uncover correlations between ad types and music genres. I defined parameters, captured and analyzed data, and wrote a report using R markdown and Google Analytics.

Led ux sessions in an agile, digital environment for ad campaign interfaces in Spotify. 

F# had a blog for public consumption. I contributed to that, as a ux researcher.

Conducted ux research on early education products with elementary school children.

Tested and analyzed media applications on multiple devices (i.e., desktop, tablet, and mobile).

Managed (12) research assistants to collect data using quantitative and qualitative methods. 

Designed cognitive science and cognitive neuroscience experiments to measure behavioral and neurological data. 

Created and implemented Matlab scripts to clean and process electrophysiological (EEG) data.

Use the statistical software packages R and SPSS to analyze data.

Presented course material to lecture hall sized classes on topics pertaining to social cognition, cognitive neuroscience, and cognitive control.
