- Lead the design process from strategy to delivery, collaborating with development and product teams to deliver active systems that align with business and consumer goals.
- Shape product strategy, ensuring successful business outcomes with minimal consumer friction.
- Facilitate discovery and definition workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to expose the best path forward.
- Carry high-level concepts through to design
- Develop visual assets including task flows, user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, user interface designs and design systems.

Lead and deliver user experience strategies for the Agency and supervise and mentor the User Experience team.

Lead the Desirability stream for a team in the Firemark Labs incubator and innovation section within IAG. Involves research, ideate and innovate at rapid pace for tight two week sprints with the expectation of answering if an idea is Desirable, Viable and Feasible.

I propose and validate early hypotheses, discover and mitigate product risks through usability and validation testing. I manage positive relationships with stakeholders, absorbing brand culture and product sensibilities alongside the fostering of innovation and evidence-based decision making.

As the sole ExD for SheepCRC I lead strategic design decisions in collaboration with the Product Manager and various Stakeholders and challenge an expert development team to bring the best experience to customers in a ground breaking collection of web applications. 
Based on a collection of qual and quant experience research inputs, I lead the UI and UX frameworks for several products in the suite and strive to bring simplicity and humanity to all the products and displays. With  decades of experience in interface design he works with the team for the best experience possible.

Lead the UX across the first iteration of an updated insurance product, consuming and adding to a new GEL. I conduct in-depth desk and user/customer research to inform design decisions. I deliver strategic UX principles, user flow, design patterns to a core product. I plan and facilitate design sprints and design briefings for agile development iterations. I review wireframes from other designers, plan and conduct usability testing.

Objective designs content­-centric enterprise applications that are complex, yet need to be intuitive and easy to follow, in order to simplify our customers’ jobs. 
I drive research to deepen the knowledge of our user's mental models, needs and goals, in order to design interactions that deliver outstanding experiences across all of our products. I manage the design guidelines and patterns for the entire Objective product suite that will ensure a compelling and consistent experience where the future UX is continuously optimised based on data driven insights. 
As a key part of all future product development, I involve the user in research, planning, validation, and refinements.

Conduct research including user and stakeholder workshops, interviews and behavioural observations
Evaluate client websites and services including expert reviews, competitor analyses and reviews of web analytics
Design information architectures and user interfaces through wireframes, workflows, low fidelity prototypes and functional specifications across desktop, tablet and smartphone interfaces
Conduct and evaluate usability testing
Add to the development of usability tools and processes to promote best user-experience practice across the company
Coach other members of the UX team and collaborate with Creative Designers and Technical Consultants, as well as assist the business development team through scoping and creating solutions for proposals.

As Local Leader I have led the local group to our current count of 2600+ members through the strategic and functional organisation of events, presentation, lectures, workshops, panel discussions, mentoring, and other activities to further the development of an active and engaged Interaction design community in Sydney. 

Since taking this role the group has increased in size many-fold, but has also increased in the quality of speakers, the number of mentors, influence in the general experience design community and the enthusiasm of our membership. 

Our chapter is the largest and most active community in Australia, and will be even more active as we pass through a decade of service to Sydney from 13 Dec 2021 with several concurrent programs of knowledge sharing, support, networking, community building and improving the human condition through better design.

Experienced in both Qualitative & Quantitative Testing and Research, with a long history of user-advocacy across digital platforms and customer services. User Experience, Interaction Design, Service Design & Strategy with a bias towards Inclusive Design and optimising the user journey for better engagement in line with business goals.
