Hi there! I am an experienced service designer having worked the last 10 years in digital product design, learning experience design, behavioural research, and visual design. I believe design should drive meaningful impact across the short-to-long-term time scale, and enjoy sharing lessons I've learned in my journey with junior designers so they don't make the same mistakes I did!
