My team is responsible for evolving the core product experiences of the Mailchimp marketing platform and extending our reach into new channels and platforms. In all aspects of our work we strive to know our customers, understand their needs, and create experiences that inspire them to start and grow with Mailchimp.

I lead a team of Product Managers responsible for Autotrader’s consumer-facing experiences. We focus on developing comprehensive strategy, roadmaps and ultimately end product that intersects with consumers' needs to power our business. We engage in research, prototyping and robust on-site testing to discover the most meaningful solutions. Alongside a multi-disciplinary leadership team, I provide strategic direction and oversight to translate our roadmap into a delivery plan that performs in market. This core team sets standards for quality, defines MVP and performance targets to evaluate and optimize our work.

As the leader of Autotrader’s User Experience team, I inspired cross-functional Agile Release Train teams to create experiences and systems that connect with our business outcomes. I was also responsible for ensuring all of our UX disciplines including Content Strategy, UX Architecture, Interaction Design, Visual Design, UX Development and User Research, realize their full potential, and deliver against our broader Product vision. I advocate for a cohesive, market-leading experiences and set course with a consumer experience roadmap. I partner across the organization to represent solutions within the context of the brand and align our offering across the Cox Automotive ecosystem.
