Hey! I'm John, I'm a Design Strategist and a Facilitator.

I specialise in designing and running projects that leverage collaborative events, I create and embed strategies that can actually live outside a powerpoint deck and I love helping individuals grow.

I've built small design teams from scratch across Product, UX, Content and Service, and established service design as a practice within existing agencies.

I've been through acquisitions, and worked as a freelancer.

Most of all I've tried to build up the designers around me, because we're stronger as an industry than as individuals or companies. Good people come back around.
