This project probed into forthcoming retailing and banking trends such as digital mirrors, checkout-less payments, digital cards, personalized experiences, and seamless transactions.

As a strategic leader in finance and banking, my role was to develop a five-year concept and delivery roadmap for this greenfield project. This involved a comprehensive exploration of new concepts, laying the foundation for a future-focused retail banking experience.

Throughout the project delivery, I employed a hands-on approach, utilizing my skills in prototype development, wireframing, customer testing, and user interface design. These diverse competencies allowed me to create a robust, user-centric framework that would reshape how customers interact with retail and banking services.

As a pivotal figure in the Medical Tech Hearing sector, I've had the opportunity to work on an innovative project that combined advanced hearing aid technology with a comprehensive digital transformation strategy. This initiative was aimed at enhancing both in-store and online services, along with remote assistance via dedicated Android and iOS apps.

The project required a complete overhaul of existing services, integrating a seamless SaaS platform and a front-end interface for Audiologists. This approach facilitated end-to-end services, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.

A major aspect of my role involved creating a detailed service design blueprint. This blueprint served as a guide for our digital transformation journey, setting a clear path from concept to project delivery. Through this process, we successfully updated existing services to meet the changing needs of our customers and the evolving landscape of the medical tech hearing industry.

In parallel with this, I was tasked with identifying strategic opportunities for the organization. By exploring new concepts and trends within the industry, we were able to uncover potential areas of growth and innovation, which significantly informed our organizational strategy.

Throughout this project, I ensured close collaboration with key stakeholders. Regular reporting and tracking allowed us to keep stakeholders informed about the project's progress, facilitating timely decisions and adjustments as required.

This project has been a prime example of how digital transformation can revolutionize service delivery in the medical tech hearing sector. I am excited to apply this experience and strategic insight to future opportunities in this rapidly evolving field.

At HSBC, I undertook a global project that involved both building and delivering the web design and platform migration for all of HSBC's websites worldwide, presented in multiple languages.

This endeavour required a ground-up redesign of our digital platforms, accompanied by the task of managing a dynamic team responsible for developing a suite of online tools and calculators found on these sites. This included services like web search functionality, branch locator, mortgage calculators, FX trackers, and much more.

In the role, I successfully executed a comprehensive platform strategy and migration plan using advanced technologies such as AEM, Sketch, HTML, CSS, SAS, JAVA, React, and APIs. My work was guided by principles of Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies, with a focus on Sprints and Responsive Web Design.

Key to the project's success was the adoption of an around-the-sun delivery model, ensuring continuous development and deployment. This ambitious project encompassed the roll-out of approximately 200 sites, 13,000 calculators and forms, millions of pieces of content in 13 languages, all while adhering to local legal policies - all of which were delivered in a record span of 2 years.

This role also saw me involved heavily in the creation of a comprehensive Design System, which significantly streamlined the web design process and ensured consistency across our diverse portfolio of digital assets.

As a key stakeholder, I was responsible for driving the strategic direction of this project in the banking and finance sector. I'm extremely proud of the work my team and I accomplished during my tenure, and the role it has played in transforming HSBC's digital presence worldwide.

The "Store of the Future" initiative within the Farfetch Group, my role was to shape the future of retail in the luxury fashion sector. Our vision was to seamlessly integrate technology into the retail experience, a mission we showcased at the FF|OS event at the London Design Museum.

I was part of a select, highly skilled team tasked with discovery, design, and implementation of all facets of the project. As the project scaled, my role expanded within the Group, championing the latest technologies and practices in the luxury retail sector.

Our initial 3-month engagement quickly blossomed, necessitating the management of a multi-disciplinary team based in the UK and Portugal, alongside various third-party vendors. We built products and services for Farfetch boutiques using the latest lean methodologies, coupled with swift testing and learning processes. This required a dedicated, experienced team drawn from the tech and retail industries.

Our work focused heavily on incubating novel technologies to ensure competitiveness in the future, and prioritising internal roadmaps accordingly. I had the opportunity to work in multiple locations around the world, implementing a digital-first approach to retail experiences, complete with real-time logistics.

The role saw me partnering with premium fashion brands such as Prada and Louis Vuitton, among others, to deliver the retail store of the future.

Key responsibilities included: management, prioritisation, delivery, vendor engagement, marketing, wireframing, prototyping, UI, UX, Agile, Lean methodologies, stakeholder management, presentations, team coordination across multiple locations, travel requirements, recruitment, A/B testing, user testing, market research, competitor research, and SaaS.

Through this initiative, I was able to contribute significantly to the fashion and retail industry's strategic vision and the digital transformation of luxury retail.
